   4.  How do I check the status of my order?

Your order status is updated to you via emails and text messages when placing an order and when your item is delivered. Once your order is placed you would receive a text message and an email with your order details. Please check your spam and old text messages for the status of your order if you don't see any updates. In case of any unforeseen events which could delay your order you would receive a special update from our end.

Order status can also be viewed at My Account -> My Orders.

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in touch with Customer service as soon as possible with your order number .If your order has been dispatched, it is not possible to cancel your order under any circumstances.
